iGetCRM is an independent, CRM-agnostic consulting business providing evaluation, selection, implementation, customization, migration, integration, and managed support services across leading CRM platforms. Content on this Site is provided for general informational purposes about our services and does not constitute a binding proposal. Specific engagements are governed by a separate signed statement of work or services agreement.

2. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

  • Use the Site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its operation.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its underlying systems.

Platform names referenced on this Site (including CRM platforms we work with) are the trademarks of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only; no affiliation or endorsement is implied.

The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, iGetCRM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site. This limitation does not apply to obligations set out in a separately signed services agreement, which will govern any active client engagement.

6. Third-Party Platforms & Links

The Site may reference or link to third-party CRM platforms or websites. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, terms, or practices of those third parties. Your use of any third-party platform is subject to that platform's own terms.

7. Changes to the Site or These Terms

We may update the Site or these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which iGetCRM operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise specified in a signed services agreement.
